FMC Corporation (FMC) has appointed Sara Ponessa as general counsel for FMC lithium, effective 1 June 2018. She was most recently senior business counsel for FMC lithium.
She will report to Paul Graves, who previously was announced CEO of the new lithium business upon its planned IPO in October.
