Westlake Chemical Corporation (WLK) said that Mark McCollum has been elected as a new member to its board of directors.
McCollum (59), has been the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Weatherford International PLC since April 2017. Prior to joining Weatherford, McCollum served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Halliburton Company.
McCollum was elected to serve a three-year term on the board.
In addition to the election of McCollum, Messrs. James Chao, Bruce Northcutt and John Riley were re-elected today as members of the board.Read more: Westlake elects former Weatherford CEO to its board
