HOUSTON, US: Kraton Corporation (KRA) announced a global price increase of $50-100 per metric tonne for Aquatac, Sylvalite and Sylvatac and Sylvacote Rosin Ester product lines.
Sylvares and Zonatac Terpene and AMS/AMS phenolic speciality product lines will see an increase from $200-500 per metric tonne. The increase is due to the current changing market condition in the chemical industry, which has been impacted by higher prices for raw materials.
The price increase may vary depending on product composition and delivery locations. The increase for these products will take effect 1 July 2017, the company said.
